Is this feature intended to be accepted by FESCo for Fedora 9?  If so, 
all of the sections of the page should be completed and the page 
category changed to CategoryProposedFedora9 so that it can be accepted 
and added to http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Releases/9/FeatureList
