Heads up: file-4.24 missing magic.mime

Hello everyone,
  I have upgraded file package in rawhide to the latest version.
Unfortunately the changes the upstream made break compatibility with the
previous version.  The plaintext magic file and magic.mime are not build
anymore.

I added the plaintext file "manually" by concatenating the definition files
but the script that would create magic.mime is missing from the sources.  I
don't know of any package that would require magic.mime but if there exist
some, please let me know.
