Networkmanager service is shutdown too early

Well, all I cared about was the ability to uninstall NetworkManager without
losing pidgin in the process. This can be done with the new build, so thank
you. I wish it had taken a bit less time to implement. Please implement
this solution in F-8 branch, too.
