Funny enough, on x86_64 yum decides to install tcl-1:8.5.1-4.fc9.i386
in addition to updating to  tcl-1:8.5.2-2.fc9.x86_64, in order to
solve the dependency problem, which seems to be the wrong solution to
me.

Known multilib problem?
