qt-devel: replacement for /etc/profile.d/qt.sh

Hi,

I am maintaining kbibtex, a qt package. The autorebuild for F9 failed
for this package because /etc/profile.d/qt.sh does not exist anymore.
What is the correct replacement? Is there some scriptlet which I can use
 for the spec-file?
