wiki freeze for Fedora 9 preview release notes

Hi,

At 2359 UTC on 2008-03-16, the Docs/Beats
(http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Docs/Beats) wiki will be frozen. Then,
the content will be converted DocBook and sent to L10N. This will
become the "Fedora 9 preview release notes". At some point after 2359
UTC 2008-03-17, the Docs/Beats wiki will be unfrozen, and further
updates will become into the GA release notes.

Please do not hesitate drop slabs of texts onto wiki - docs people can
clean it up later. Refer to
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/DocsProject/ReleaseNotes/Process for
further information about how to contribute to the release notes.
