Replacing ruby-postgres with ruby-pg

Hi,

ruby-postgres is not being maintained by upstream for a long time.
Instead, a PostgreSQL+Ruby developer, Jeff Davis, started to maintain a
fork of it, which is also API compatible with ruby-postgres:

I just submitted the new package for review:

I also talked to ruby-postgres maintainer David Lutterkort, and he is ok
with orphaning/removing ruby-postgres package.

Anything else I need to do?
