1) It's far too late for any new features for F9.
2) RFEs do not make code appear.

If you want something implemented for F10, nothing is stopping you  
from setting up a Feature page and writing code yourself.

If you can't write it yourself, find some interested person who can -  
"who will help me make this happen" is a much better question than  
"any chance that this will happen".
