confused about my F-9 packages

I don't understand what goes on with my packages.

For example: Cython

I see no Cython in current F9
(http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/releases/9/Fedora/source/SRPMS/)

I go to my source , F-9 directory:
make tag build
cvs tag  -c Cython-0_9_6_13_1-3_fc9
ERROR: The tag Cython-0_9_6_13_1-3_fc9 is already applied on a different
branch

So, what should I do to fix this?
