RFC: fix summary text for lots of packages

I disagree that "Package management framework" would be a better summary 
instead of above, because imho it is a useful information that it is a daemon 
and uses DBUS.

In contradiction to above, the reworked summary for this still contains all 
the information. Here the alternative is a good improvement.

Also all the differen summaries for media players above do not really provide 
much information that allows to distinguish them, e.g. is the gstreamer based 
media player or the player from Mozilla not feature rich or customizable? I 
don't know, but the summary does not really help here.
