tab completion less useful now, due to sbin in path

Heh.. as I have gotten a lot of off list ribbing about this.. I am
removing /sbin:/usr/sbin from my path and learning to type /usr/sbin
for the commands I have 'shortcutted' over the years. Next I will be
removing the bad habit of '/sbin/sudo bash' :).
