Don't confuse trademark and copyright requirements. They are different.

It is not so simple as you claim. Read carefully FSF's response on 
export requirements. Many such requirements are outside the purview of GPL.

It appears you still have trouble understanding that GPL can only say no 
further restrictions on what it covers or you just don't want to 
understand. So go talk to someone who can explain it better if they can.
