X on tty1 in Rawhide/F10

A reboot brought up gdm on vty1.

Perhaps because of "blank graphical welcome screen for DVD install"
which is https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=466370
I see vty1-5 as above, "No signal" on vty6. vty7 has a blank screen
except for a blinking underline text cursor in the upper left corner.
