status of Presto in rawhide

According to

"code is all ready to go - plan is to have a test for f11alpha->f11beta 
upgrades"

but the rawhide mirrors are still not Presto-enabled.  Presumably this 
is supposed to happen well before F11's release.  Any idea when?
