And, to go back to the earlier discussion, that suggests that each website
*might* wish to decide which OpenID providers they trust. Otherwise the "ID"
provided by OpenID becomes relatively meaningless, because anyone could create
an OpenID provider when it suited them, leave lots of spam, then destroy it.
