Couldn't tell you, honestly; I'm not really on the documentation side.
Generally, though, it's the kind of thing that many folks could tell
you if you use one of the suggested support channels and ask "Could
anyone tell me how I could get that xorg-x11-drv-ati update that was
superceded?"
