add a special Provides: to all login manager packages

I think that parentheses are even safer, since there are already 
exceptions for _ in package names. Also it seems to me that what is 
provided is better called as a display manager, since login is also
a login manager, display meaning something like graphical here. 

I think that maybe
   Provides: login(display)
would be even better
