Somewhere between qt-4.4.3-10.fc10 and qt-4.5.0-0.3.rc1.fc11, Qt has
broken the po2xml utility (from the kdesdk-utils package) by changing
its ABI. A bug has been filed against qt at

This bug in qt will break the builds of all packages which rely on
po2xml while building. I have not looked into how many other packages
might be affected.
