Looking at the last mono build build.log (http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/getfile?taskID=1044571&name=build.log) shows:

configure: error: msgfmt not found. You need to install the 'gettext' package, or pass --enable-nls=no to configure.

Probably missing a BuildRequire?

I've tried to build mono on koji twice in the last 10 minutes with the
same error showing both times. Neither help...
