orphaning perl-Math-Vec

Hi all,

I just orphaned perl-Math-Vec too. I used that as a part of
requirements for OpenStreetMap tools in Fedora, which I don't think I
would be using for quite a while. Feel free to take over.

I think that's all for now, I will try to take care of the rest of my
old packages.
