CVS lock issue

This may be the wrong tree to bark up, but I thought I'd check.

I have a cvs lock in the xmoto/F-10 branch that I can't clear, for the
last few days.  Google instructs me to remove a file, but I don't have
shell access to the repo (AFAIK).  Who do I poke, Inf or Rel-Eng?
