buildsys problems?

Hi,

I am trying to build a package in Fedora's buildsys, but any attempts to 
fails due to a missing package:

http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/getfile?taskID=1094016&name=root.log
...
DEBUG util.py:250:  No Package Found for perl(Mail::POP3Client)
...

perl-Mail-POP3Client had been built on Monday and should have be pushed 
to "updates" several hours ago:
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/F10/FEDORA-2009-1133
https://www.redhat.com/archives/fedora-package-announce/2009-January/msg01134.html

Seemingly it neither is available in the buildsys nor in "updates".

What is going on?
