Help on CMake usage (read gecko's "libdir" variable)

Hi,

The package "chmsee" used to need a patch to read "libdir" variable.
The original patch can be found here

Now latest chmsee switched to use CMake instead. I cannot figure out
how to apply such a patch. Anyone can help?
