Updating DirectFB 1.4.0 in Rawhide - SONAME change

Hello !

There is a SONAME change along with the DirectFB major update to
1.4.0; to be built in rawhide in a few days.
At least the following packages will need a rebuild.

The update has been done in cvs. And I will wait for few answears to
this mail before the tag and build.

I take the opportunity to point out an directfb update from 1.2.7 to
1.2.8 currently submitted to updates-testing for F-10/F-11
