Reminder: Fedora 11 Beta/String freeze

On the schedule page is the freeze announced for 2009-03-10, which is a 
Tuesday.

When is this for a international project  like Fedora? Is this the same time 
that was announced for the beta freeze[0], which is 2009-03-10 06:00 UTC?
