Yeah this was the point that was missed, missing a password reset should
*not* remove web content and email addresses, this is called overkill, a
staged removal, where you reset the password, wait 2-3 months and then
start culling the crap.

Its also arguable whether web content should ever be killed, when I
started in RH people were very quick to give out about
people.redhat.com, and saying use people.fedoraproject.org we don't have
any of the silly limitations and a/c expiring stuff. Guess they were
wrong.
