Yep, that was my main point too: this isn't anaconda specific, so fixing
it in anaconda makes no sense.
Ironically, someone on test-list ran into exactly the scenario I
outlined - they had trouble updating an F10 system because 'updates' was
enabled but 'everything' was not - later that same day :)
