Oh, curses!  Right, sorry about that.  When I go back to school after
thanksgiving I'll try this.

I'll try that.  But, that upstream bug looks stalled.  I guess if this
is the problem, it's the end of the line for now.  As I can barely use
GCC, let alone GDB.
