Bug reporting URL field in packages

A while ago there was a request to add a bug reporting URL to packages:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=512774

This was added to Fedora's rpm recently, what's still missing is the 
default contents of the %{bugurl} macro in redhat-rpm-config.
Opinions wanted:

a) just make it https://bugzilla.redhat.com
b) use http://bugz.fedoraproject.org/%{name}
c) something else, what?
