I'd go for b) for mainly two reasons:
- the UI is less messed than bugzilla's (and also faster). People can
easily review existing bugs ===> potentially less work for triagers.
- since some are still confused about the whole fedora/redhat thing, I'd
rather use the fedoraproject url.
