OpenOffice.org can export as an XML based document, as long as you have
the Java stuff compiled in (so a default Fedora install will not be able
to do it; either get the src.rpm's and recompile, or go ahead and
download from www.openoffice.org).
Is the support from OpenOffice.org's DocBook XML export feature good
enough?
