Not from the FDP for Fedora.

Definitely.  I'll even volunteer to be your editor[1]. :)

File a bug for your idea, and set it to block bug # 129784.  You can put
me on the Cc: for the bug, and, as Colin suggested, you can attach your
draft files to the bug.

person should do technical editing.
