This method works, too, giving you just plain HTML without our custom
styling:
xmlto html-nochunks file.xml
or if you want it with chunks, I recommend a sup-directory:
xmlto -o directory/ file.xml
I do this when working with a really big document and don't want custom,
lengthy pieces such as the index building done.
