small problem with Documentation Guide

In docs-xml-tags-en.xml, it states that the <filename> tag is used for 
RPM packages. However, the example uses <command>. It's on the web here:
<http://fedora.redhat.com/participate/documentation-guide/s1-xml-tags-filename.html>

Here is a patch to correct it. The patch also makes a gratuitous 
change putting the example in a <![CDATA[]]> tag. It does not effect 
the output, but makes the source easier to read. If that's not the way 
you do things, that's OK.
