Is the XML available?  I like to read-for-edit with the XML open so I
can make my suggestions right into the markup.  Who needs fancy wysiwyg
Edit > Show Changes when you have 'diff -u'?

I am personally more likely to read something for an edit/review if I
have an easy way to provide feedback.  To me, writing up a list of page
references, copying old text and writing new text, is cumbersome.
