In web hosting companies nobody uses iptables directly
 they use something apf or bastille.

if you are aiming for newbies firestarter can be
mentioned as a good gui tool. several other firewall
generators are available on the net. you might want to
invest more time on this and get this updated a bit
more comprehensively. its a good start but i feel its
pretty much incomplete right now
