If someone will send me translations for the "DRAFT / NOT FOR
REFERENCE" notation, I'll try to incorporate it as a per-language
watermark.

Please take a look at "docs-common/images/watermark.svg" if you savy
SVG.  If not, please just post the translated strings to the list.
