Yes, the delay is gone from the command line. A friend of mine was able
to read a test message I signed and sent to them with no issues.
There's an option to print out the form and mail it in; perhaps I'll
look into that.
I hope this doesn't mean that Redhat/Fedora is going to have problems
with everything I send them.
