CVS access for translation

Hello, FDSCo team!

How can I get access to CVS to post translated
release notes to Russian?

I did following  steps:
 - create Wiki account "AndrewMartynov"
 - made Self Introduction
 - sign CLA
 - create Fedora account "andrmart"
 - download via anonymous CVS release-notes files
 - prepare translated XML files

Currently I could not get access to CVS via "CVS_ROOT=:ext:andrmart     ".
I suppose my account was not activated yet.

What should I do next?
