Including Fedora documentation in yelp

We want to integrate Fedora documentation a bit better with
the desktop for FC5 (see
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=170813 and
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=170847)
I have patched yelp in rawhide to include documents on the front page
which are registered with scrollkeeper in the category 
General|Linux|Distributions|Other (scrollkeeper uses a fixed set of
categories, and there is no Fedora category).

It would be great to have at least a short introduction ("About
Fedora"), the release notes, and a user guide visible there.
