This is a good point. All of the FDP documents are supposed to have
such information in the introduction, so this is the kind of thing we'll
be working with Miles on the FDP version of this doc.
This introduction section is going to be detailed in the updated
Documentation Guide, and is in the jumble of suggestions here:
