Please trim subjects (was Re: install-guide/en fdp-info.xml .........)

Wow, I just discovered that when we reply to a commit log email and
don't trim the subject, Mailman doesn't do it for us either:

That is all. :)

Oh, if it's relevant, maybe just move the content of the subject into
the body of the email.  Google finds it just the same.
