Ah! I see.

Answer: a small number of people including myself.

Anyone have more time than me? If not, ping me directly later, 0600
UTC, one #fedora-docs and I can do it if it builds. Right now I get a
build error with 'make html-pt_BR'.

Sorry this process to get published is not easy right now. We used to
use bugzilla to alert when you need something edited or published. Next
we're going to use the Zope+Plone CMS for this.

We need a new document manager/writer for the Yum Software Guide. Is
anyone interested?

That would normally be the person to publish a translation, or otherwise
help. With Stuart taking time off his strenuous Fedora activities,
there is room for a new writer/editor for this guide.
