I found it interesting and informative.
But I didn't understand the section on Upstream Focus,
"Fedora Project has a strong focus
on not deviating from upstream as much as possible
in all the different software it includes in the repository",
until I read the link provided, when it became clear.
But if the document is intended for non-gurus,
it might be worth re-wording this bit.
Something like, "Fedora tries to follow the development of packages
as closely as possible, only adding its own patches
where this is essential."
