I can see it too.  I noted this document is *WAY* out of conformance to
standards, both in language and in the actual CVS file structures.  I've
fixed the latter this morning and will look at the former later this
week.  It probably needs some actual revision in the information it's
conveying, especially in light of Dimitris' fine work on translate.fp.o .
