Desktop Users Guide - Devel

Hello, all!

I have checked out the desktop-user-guide at the CVS, however there are no files into devel/ directory.
I would like to know what's the plans about that guide for F7.
  1 - Who's working on that guide?
  2 - Is there a data/freeze to the guide to be available to the translators?

The DocsProject/Schedule[1] looks like no-updated to me. Or... am I wrong?
