Numerics in Documentation

Hi,
While translating the documentation, The generated HTML has got "Roman
numerics" for the ordered listing numbering,
eg.
I see "24. फेडोरा प्रकल्प"
Can there be a way to change that to "२४. फेडोरा प्रकल्प" by putting
numerics in some file/config ?
