Web-based translation

A week back or so there was a thread about web based translation of
strings. or something like that..
Is that live.. ?

My Hindi Docs Translation is doomed for a while, my HDD is off,
luckily have a backup, but that means no more further translation till
I get my Fedora up and running again.

a webbased tool would be a boon for me..
