error in publican documentation

Hi,

I just noticed in the "Files in the Book directory", section
"Author_Group.xml", it states to remove the "<xi:include
href="Author_Group.xml" xmlns:xi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XInclude"; />"
line from Book_Name.xml. This should be Book_Info.xml.

I am having trouble logging in at the moment, so I haven't had a
chance to fix it.
