errors when building from cvs

Hi,

After I check out release-notes-devel, I get the following errors (at
the end) after running 'make html':

entities-cs.xml appears to me empty.

My directory structure looks as follows:
/release-notes-devel
   CVS  docs-common  release-notes

Is this anything to worry about before the preview release notes?
